A standard custom backpack carries your logo; an AOP backpack is your artwork. Polyester fabric panels are printed before cutting and sewing, which enables full-bleed artwork, photographic detail, smooth hand-feel and careful panel alignment.
Template review
We map placement-specific designs onto cutting templates before sampling so important artwork avoids seams.
Color sample first
A physical sample confirms color, scale and panel alignment before bulk production.

Common questions before quotation
Does all-over printing work on nylon backpacks?
No. Sublimation bonds with polyester fibers. Our AOP backpacks use polyester shells engineered for print vibrancy and daily durability.
Will seams interrupt my design?
Repeating patterns hide seams naturally. For placement-specific art we map your file onto the cutting template first so nothing critical lands on a seam.
Can each backpack in one order have a different design?
Mixed-artwork orders are possible within one production run. Per-design minimums are confirmed at quotation based on your total volume.
How accurate is the color versus my screen?
Expect slight screen-to-fabric shift. We color-match during sampling and can work to Pantone references for brand-critical colors.
